 for any purpose including sports, commercial, political, or charity, but anything illegal doesn’t come under this law.

Right to privacy

In the constitution of Ireland, the court makes sure that the personal rights of a citizen also imply the right to privacy.

 These include your private written communications and telephone conversations which cannot be deliberately,

 consciously, and unjustifiably looked into.

Right to earn a livelihood

As an Irish citizen, you have a right to work and to earn a living, despite your gender. The State also has a duty

 to protect your right to work and earn a livelihood from any unfair reason.

Freedom to travel

You can travel anywhere in the world and freely in the state. You are also allowed to have a passport to travel

 to other countries.

Property rights

The property right includes the right to own, transfer, and inherit property. You also have the right to transfer

 your property to your children or someone else upon your death. The government guarantees to pass no law

 to abolish these rights from you. 

Also, you have the right to vote, the right to worship any religion. The rights of family and children and freedom

 of impression.
